Getting started
Who is Oeeze Academy for?
Anyone 18 or older with basic English literacy and a desire to build a real career skill. Most of our students are Nigerians looking to enter caregiving, early childhood education, or technical trades — locally or abroad.
What do I need to start?
A smartphone or computer with internet access, and about 6–10 hours per week for study. We handle everything else — materials, assessments, and internship placement.
How long does a program take?
Most programs take 3 months of online study, followed by 4–6 weeks of practical internship. Timelines are flexible — you can go faster or slower based on your schedule.
Do I need any prior experience?
No. Our programs are designed for beginners. If you can follow instructions and are willing to learn, you can succeed.
Payments & pricing
How much do programs cost?
Most of our diploma programs are ₦350,000. This includes course materials, assessments, certification, and internship placement.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. We offer 2 or 3-part installment plans. Contact us on WhatsApp to set one up.
Do you offer scholarships?
We occasionally offer partial scholarships. Follow us on Instagram or WhatsApp for announcements.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are available within 7 days of enrollment if you have accessed less than 20% of the course content. Contact support for details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit cards, bank transfers, and USSD via Paystack. All payments are secure and receipts are sent by email.
Learning experience
Is the training really 100% online?
Yes — all lectures, notes, videos, and assessments are delivered through our online portal. The only in-person element is your practical internship.
What happens during internship placement?
After completing the online modules, we place you at a partner facility (hospital, crèche, workshop) for 4–6 weeks of supervised practical experience.
What if I fail an assessment?
You get multiple attempts on quizzes. If you fail a final assessment, our team works with you to identify gaps and prepare for a retake.
Can I download lessons for offline viewing?
PDF materials can be downloaded. Videos stream from our platform — you'll need internet to watch them, but they work on slower connections.
Certification
Are your certificates recognized internationally?
Yes. Our programs are accredited by SDC, the Centre Board of Education Canada (CBEC), and the International Qualification Awarding Forum (IQAF). Graduates use our diplomas to apply for roles in Canada, the UK, USA, and across the Middle East.
How do employers verify my certificate?
Every certificate has a unique verification code. Employers can confirm authenticity on our public verification page — no phone calls or emails required.
When do I get my certificate?
Certificates are issued automatically once you complete all lessons, pass all assessments, and finish your internship. You can download the PDF from your dashboard.
Can I request a printed hard copy?
Yes — contact us on WhatsApp after earning your certificate to request a printed copy delivered to your address.
